HPG is a member of the International Prepress Association (IPA), which offers training and certification to become a Color Management Professional (CMP). There are currently just 93 people CMP-certified in the US, and HPG is proud to employ nine of those professionals! But what exactly does this mean to our clients?
The CMP certification program was developed by industry leaders and is regularly updated to reflect changing technology and best practices. The certification ensures that CMP professionals have been educated on the latest color management knowledge, year-to-year, including:
- Improving color accuracy
- Achieving brand color integrity
- Building color managed workflows
- Controlling image and application color
HPG is also one of just five printers in Indiana to earn IDEAlliance G7 Master Printer Offset Printing and Proofing qualification, based on our company’s use of new printing specification and calibration techniques.
