Daffodils take root at HPG for a good cause

Staff members at HPG are pleased to take part in the American Cancer Society’s Daffodil Days Event during the cold gray winter months of February and March. Besides being harbingers of spring, daffodils radiate sunny optimism and symbolize hope and life to those fighting cancer. (lilyjackson.com.au)

The American Cancer Society Daffodil Days program is a one of their “oldest and most beloved fundraising programs” in which daffodil flowers are offered to donors in the workplace, schools and other community places. Dollars raised enable the American Cancer Society to continue its mission of saving lives through cancer research.

The HardingPoorman Group enjoys the opportunity to assist many non-profit organizations throughout the year, and Daffodil Days is a favorite. In addition to taking flower orders, the HPG team also held a Valentine’s Day bake sale and ticket raffle for a basket of Godiva chocolate to raise additional monies!
