Window Graphics – What is the big deal about WHITE INK?

Look at these window graphics we recently produced and installed for Balance Marketing in downtown Indianapolis.

The graphics are printed on a clear adhesive window film using our large format printer.  This printer allows us to use opaque white ink.  The white ink helps the words really stand out from the outside of the window.

Not all printing equipment has the capability to use white ink which is especially important when printing on a clear plastic.  Why?  Inks are transparent by nature and without printing white, the artwork would be very translucent – kind of like a stained glass window!
