HardingPoorman originated in 2003, and many of the people here have built lasting careers with the company. We specialize in commercial printing, mailing, signage, bindery, and many other services that all work together under one roof, which creates opportunities to learn new skills and work with different teams throughout the company.

press operator (2nd Shift)
Monday-Friday
2:00PM - 10:00PM
$25+/hour
(based on experience)
Our Press Operators are an important part of producing the high-quality print work our clients count on. In this role, you’ll operate a multi-color 40" press, manage jobs to specifications and schedules, monitor quality throughout the run, minimize waste, and perform basic equipment maintenance. You’ll also work closely with a press feeder to keep production running safely and efficiently. We’re looking for an experienced press operator who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable troubleshooting and making adjustments along the way. If you have multi-color press experience, enjoy working with equipment, and want to bring your skills to a team that values quality and craftsmanship, we’d like to hear from you.
Preferred qualifications: 5+ years of experience operating similar multi-color printing equipment.
MATERIAL HANDLER
Monday-Friday
7:00AM - 3:00PM
$17-$18/hour
The Material Handler role is essential to keeping our production floor running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for moving materials where they’re needed, restocking supplies, and supporting different production areas throughout the day. This is an active, hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll operate equipment like forklifts and electric jacks, help maintain a clean and organized workspace, and stay in communication with production teams. If you take pride in staying organized, working hard, and supporting your team, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow within the company.
Bindery Operator (2nd Shift)
Monday-Friday
2:00PM - 10:00PM
$20+/hour (based on experience)
Our Bindery Operators help turn printed sheets into finished products that are ready for our clients. In this hands-on role, you’ll set up and operate equipment including cutters, folders, and stitchers while keeping jobs on schedule and meeting our quality standards. You’ll also perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, minimize waste, and maintain a safe and organized work area.
We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Previous bindery or similar equipment experience is preferred, but we’re also committed to training and developing people who have the right foundation and are ready to grow their skills.
Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of bindery, print production, machine operation, or related experience
